Project
The Victorian Melanoma & Clinical Trials Centre, located on St Kilda Road and costing $152.4 million, is being supported by the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments, the Fox Family, Minderoo Foundation, and Monash University.
The primary goal of the Victorian Melanoma & Clinical Trials Centre is to bring together the best skin cancer specialists and multidisciplinary teams in a single, purpose-built centre, providing skin cancer patients with access to the highest standard of care.
The centre will offer advanced cancer care, with a particular focus on melanoma, which is commonly referred to as ‘Australia’s cancer’. The project will also play a vital role in extending the availability of a variety of cancer and clinical trials into regional and rural areas.
