In 2017, the hospital was established on the site of the Holmesglen Institute of TAFE Hemisphere Conference Centre at its South Road Moorabbin Campus. Holmesglen Private Hospital offers 147 medical and surgical beds, modern Intensive Care and Coronary Care Units, along with seven advanced operating suites, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Day Oncology, and an Emergency Department. Additionally, the hospital has a comprehensive radiology department, pathology services, pharmacy, café, and multiple specialist consulting suites.
