Project

Queensland Eye Institute has relocated to a new, more spacious location in Woolloongabba to expand its clinical areas and research and administration teams. The clinic and clinical trial teams have also grown, while education and training are now delivered online. With its new location, QEI can implement efficiencies and expand its clinical services.

The refurbished building, originally constructed in 1989 as the headquarters for Queensland’s Golden Casket, has been extensively remodelled to suit QEI’s needs, including the installation of new rooftop solar panels for more financially and environmentally sustainable operations.
